Privacy

Privacy, in plain language

The Zero Standard includes zero privacy theater: we collect only what’s necessary and tell you what we collect. This page is that promise, kept. No legalese, no 40 screens of boilerplate.

  1. What you type into the quote form.Name, email, phone, optional website, business type, team size, timeline, and the problem you describe, plus your answers to the follow-up questions. Stored in our own database so the reply and the call have context.
  2. Your IP address, briefly, for abuse protection.Used to rate-limit the form so bots can’t flood it. Not connected to marketing anything.
  3. Anonymous usage counts.Google Analytics tells us which pages get read and where visitors drop off in the form. We see aggregates, not identities.
  1. Ai drafts your brief.Your submission is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to draft the follow-up questions and the written brief you receive. That is the only third-party processing of your submission.
  2. We email you and alert ourselves. The brief goes to your inbox. An internal copy and a text alert go to Bill so the one-business-day reply actually happens.
  3. Then a human reads it.That’s the point of the whole thing.
  1. We don’t sell or share your contact info.No brokers, no ad networks, no “partners.”
  2. No marketing list you didn’t ask for.Submitting the form gets you a brief and a reply about your inquiry. It does not subscribe you to anything.
  3. No data we don’t need. The form asks for what a first call requires. Nothing else.

Want to see what we have on you, or want it deleted? Email bill.mccoy@gracezero.ai and it’s handled. Same address for any privacy question this page didn’t answer.
