Q.Do I need to know exactly what I want before requesting a quote?
No. The intake form takes you through three Ai-drafted follow-up questions tailored to your situation. If you are certain about the problem but not the solution, that is the right starting point. If you are not sure what you need but know you need to start using Ai, just say so in the brief.
Q.How long does the intake form take?
Five to ten minutes. A short contact section, a paragraph or two about your problem, and three follow-up questions the Ai drafts based on what you wrote. You will get a written brief in your inbox within a minute or two of finishing.
Q.Will I get a written quote or a verbal estimate?
Written. After the call, if it is a fit, you get a fixed quote in writing with scope, timeline, and deliverables spelled out. Verbal estimates are how scope drifts and budgets blow up. That does not happen here.
Q.Do I have to sign a contract upfront?
Not for the strategy call. The first paid step is a deposit on the architecture review or build, and that comes with a signed agreement defining scope, deliverables, and timeline. No deposit until you have seen the scope in writing and agreed to it.
Q.What if I decide not to hire you after the call?
That is a normal outcome. The call is calibrated to figure out whether the work makes sense for both sides. If the answer is you do not need me or your timing is wrong, that is the answer you will get. The brief from the intake form is yours to keep either way.
Q.Can I just call instead of filling out the form?
